TDS has been assigned the restoration job - moisture extraction from one of our consignment of electro-mechanical items damaged during shipment from China, by our insurance company. TDS has successfully restored these items to the complete satisfaction of ours, in terms of quality.

We engaged the services of TDS for water damage restoration jobs including moisture extraction from transformers, generators, governor panels, HT/LT transformers, relays, MCBs, unit auxiliary boards. TDS have successfully completed the Dehumidification and temperature control job for maintaining comfortable working condition in columns 16-C-01 and 16-C-04. This system has enhanced the productivity of welding and other installation job inside the columns. TDS had done good job in CDU-II revamp shutdown job.

Dehumidification system installed by TDS at yard 3016, worked successful. The system was very useful to maintain desired relative humidity and temperature inside ballast tank during blasting and coating.

TDS have supplied dehumidification system, during rubber lining of vessels in our phosphoric acid plant. The system has been useful to eliminate the condensation problem by maintaining required RH and dew point and we could achieve proper bonding strength and enhanced quality of rubber lining.

We had to reduce the final moisture content to carry out rubber lining and brick lining job inside 5 no. Reactor concrete tanks. TDS has satisfied our requirement of predetermined moisture level in agreed time schedule with the help of dehumidification services.

We had engaged TDS for preservation job using dehumidifiers for 3 generators of 150 MV each, various electrical panels in machine hall, 9 nos. Transformers in transformer gallery and various electrical panels in control block. TDS has successfully executed the job for a period of 20 months to our entire satisfaction.
